We are a company that rents villas on the Costa Vicentina, Alentejo. We have to offer 2 villas with private pool, placed within a 7.5 hectare property, 10 minutes away from Sao Teotonio. Situated in a quiet place, surrounded by oaks and eucalyptus. Ideal to enjoy nature, relax and regain peace and strength. In addition to the two properties in Sao Teotonio, Roca Magic has two more houses, one in Zambujeira do Mar and one in Vila Nova de Milfontes. Phenomenal for those who want a peaceful holiday near the beach.

House completely renovated in the historic center of Milfontes overlooking the mouth of the River Mira and 10 minutes from the beaches. On the ground floor living room with fireplace, separate kitchen and a pantry. Located in the oldest area of Milfontes, one of the most beautiful villages of the Alentejo, this restored home offers comfort and style in a quiet street a few minutes from the river, very close to bars, shops and restaurants serving fresh fish of the day .

Vila Nova de Milfontes is inside the natural park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vicentina which stretches from Sines to Sagres.
Protected landscape, with the possibility of practicing outdoor activities such as hiking / trekking, surfing, scuba diving, biking, canoeing and horseback riding.

It has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1: queen size bed (200 x 160) Bedroom 2: queen size bed (200 x 160) Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds (4 beds 200 x 90) 2 full bathrooms, both with shower . Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove, gas oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and various electrical appliances to simplify your life. Dining room and living room with wood burning fireplace and satellite LCD TV, DVD player and audio system. The Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the house and the pool. There is also a covered gallery, all in wood and glass surrounded by a flower garden.

On the outside you have a barbecue, a brick oven and a big stone oven where you can roast a suckling pig or a whole lamb.
It also has a private pool with the possibility to dine by the water.
To entertain in the garden you have a ping-pong table, a foosball table and a volleyball net in the pool.

The living room has a sofa bed (2 beds of 190 x 90 cm.), A wardrobe, a salamander, and for your entertainment, satellite TV, DVD player and audio system. The Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the house and the pool.

A fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher and various electrical appliances to simplify your life. Full bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a terrace with barbecue, a flowery garden and a swimming pool. Besides the pool, there is also a table football table and a ping-pong table.

The beach of Zambujeira do Mar is integrated in the Costa Vicentina Natural Park and Southwest Alentejo, is surrounded by high cliffs, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the Atlantic Ocean.
